- Incorrectly shipped items
At 123wigs.com, we verify every shipment before it goes out the door. However, if we mistakenly ship you the wrong item, we will reship the correct item to you and cover the return postage so that you may return the incorrect item to us. We will then dispose of the item(s) that were mistakenly sent to you as per New York State Health Department Regulations. Just contact us to make arrangements.
- Items damaged in transit
We insure all of our shipments with each carrier we use for shipping. If you receive an item that looks like it was damaged in transit, please save all packaging and items and contact us using the information on our contact page. We will work with you to determine the cause of the damage and file a claim with our shipper. We will also get you a replacement product.
- Quality Issues
Many of the wigs and extensions we ship come with warranties or assurances from the manufacturer. If you believe your wig or extension has been damaged or does not perform correctly due to a manufacturing defect, please save original item packaging (just the bag and the label, there is no need to save the shipping box) and contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you in determining the manufacturer’s policy on replacements (if they have one) and how to get your item repaired or replaced (if possible). - Other Returns
Due to New York State Health Department Regulations that dictate how personal products may be handled, we are unable to accept returns. Incorrect and damaged items will be replaced as per above policies, but no other returns will be possible. If you have any questions please contact us using the information on our contact page.
NO refunds or exchanges on all wigs/ hair pieces due to New York State Health Regulations. Store credit/ exchanges only within 10 days of purchase with receipt and must be in original packaging. No cash back for gift certificates.
After your order is placed it is immediately reviewed and prepared for shipping. If you wish to cancel your order you must contact Customer Service immediately by telephone at (855) 944-7123 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to avoid charges to your account.
Delivery/ Shipping Policy
At 123wigs.com, we offer several shipping methods to our clients covering a range of carriers. This allows our clients to select between cost and speed of delivery and choose the shipping method that best fits their needs.
- Free Shipping!
On all orders over $35.00, we offer free ground shipping via United Postal Service (UPS). This offer is available to residents in the continental U.S, Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, this offer is not available to APO and FPO addresses as these are now charged at higher shipping rates by the United Postal Service.
- United Postal Service
Our standard shipping is via United Postal Service ground. We also make use of delivery confirmation, which, in many cases, provides basic package location details to both our client and ourselves. We make tracking information available on out order tracking pages. United Postal Service mail orders will generally arrive about 4 to 10 days after you place your order with us. Please keep in mind this is subject to how far or close you are from our warehouses.
- UPS NEXT DAY and 2-day service
We make shipping via UPS available as an option for our clients. When an order is placed via UPS, we will also attempt to speed processing of your order on our end. Generally, UPS overnight orders will be delivered within 1 to 3 days. If you need your package by a certain date, please let us know when you make your order or contact us first. UPS shipments also include detailed tracking information that we will make available to you.
